Affiliate program terms

Anyone with a Sydicom account can apply. We review applications by hand and approve at our discretion; cash commissions only apply while your affiliate account is approved and in good standing. Until approval (and if approval is withdrawn), your referral link earns the standard credit rewards every Sydicom user gets.

You earn on each referred person's first successful subscription payment, once per referred person, ever. Renewals, top-ups, and later purchases pay nothing.

• Starter Plan (Weekly): a flat ₦500 (NGN) or $1 (USD).
• Serious Plan (Monthly) and All-In Plan (Quarterly): 30% of the payment after payment-processor fees.

Commissions are recorded in the currency your referral paid in and are never converted or mixed.

• Every commission is held for 30 days (the refund and chargeback window) before it becomes payable.
• We pay out from ₦10,000 (NGN, by bank transfer) or $20 (USD, by international transfer). Below the minimum, your balance rolls forward.
• The bank transfer charge is deducted from each payout. It is set by the bank, not by us, and is typically ₦25 to ₦100 depending on the amount. Your dashboard shows the exact charge on every payout.
• Payout account details are verified with your bank and cannot be changed from the portal once saved; changes go through support.
• If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed. If we already paid it out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what we pay you.

We may withhold or reverse commissions that our checks flag as self-dealing or manufactured: referring yourself or accounts you control, paying with your own card through a referred account, bulk-creating accounts, or any pattern that exists to farm the program rather than recommend the product. Flagged commissions are reviewed by a human before any decision.

• No paid ads on the Sydicom brand name (search ads on "Sydicom" or close misspellings). Your own content, communities, and channels are the way.
• No spam, no misleading claims (do not promise jobs or guaranteed interviews), no impersonating Sydicom.
• Say you are an affiliate where the law or the platform requires disclosure.

We can update rates and terms going forward with notice on this page; commissions already recorded keep the terms they were earned under. Either side can end the relationship at any time; commissions that are payable and above the minimum at that point still get paid, unless withheld under section 4.
