Your Key Responsibilities
- New Business Ownership & ARR Growth: Win new business and drive ARR for Lexroom, leading deals from first qualified meeting to signature and handover.
- Deep Discovery with Senior Legal Stakeholders: Run high-quality discovery with General Counsel, Heads of Legal and senior stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, risks, constraints and priorities.
- Multi-Threaded Deal Leadership: Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles: identify and develop champions, engage business, legal, IT and procurement, and drive clear mutual action plans to close.
- BDR Partnership & Pipeline Focus: Partner closely with our BDR team to prioritise accounts and ensure a strong, healthy flow of qualified opportunities.
- Technical & Security Alignment: Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to design and execute pilots/POCs and address technical, security and integration requirements.
- Target Ownership & Forecast Accuracy: Own a revenue target and manage revenue forecasts with discipline and data-driven rigor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Feedback: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations and engineering to bring structured feedback from the field and influence roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Sales Playbook & Process Improvement: Continuously improve the sales playbook by codifying what works into talk tracks, templates, email sequences and best practices for the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
- B2B SaaS Track Record: 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a high-growth tech environment, in a quota-carrying role.
- Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona — this is an on-site office role. You will contribute in creating the Lexroom culture for Barca team!
- Complex Deal Experience: Familiarity working within complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders across business, legal, IT and procurement.
- Learning & Playbook Mindset: You learn fast, ask tough questions and actively seek feedback; you naturally turn learnings into repeatable playbooks and process improvements.
- Clear & Confident Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English. Spanish is a plus!
Solid Academic Foundation
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
