About The Role
We are looking for Emma's Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Finance department, taking full ownership of the Order-to-Cash flow across all our regions – EMEA, Americas and APAC. You’ll not just lead a team of talented AR accountants but also own continuous improvement initiatives and guarantee accounting best practices.
Reporting directly to our Head of Global Accounting, you will partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Tech & Engineering to ensure a best-in-class accounting set-up to support our Offline (B2B) business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the AR B2B Accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with other finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Drive and manage cash collection activities, working closely with our business teams to ensure timely customer payments and resolve payment-related issues.
- Coordinate audit schedules, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making activities of stakeholders.
- You will regularly manage our Retail partners from a financial perspective as well as get insights into the operative business Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls and accounting policies.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc financial analyses and projects (in cooperation with our Controlling team).
- Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem-solving skills.
- You will constantly improve the existing processes related to B2B Accounting, especially when it comes to automation of the ERP transactions, innovative Business models and financial processes.
Who We're Looking For
- You have a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- You bring 8+ years of experience in Accounting, namely Accounts Receivables/OtC – experience with retail clients is a plus.
- You show knowledge in Accounting Software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams.
- You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
