Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Administrative Support (must have)
- Review Google Ads search terms reports
- Identify irrelevant or low-quality search queries
- Add negative keywords based on provided guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple client accounts
Document & Flyer Management
- Update fillable PDF versions of marketing flyers
- Upload updated documents to various platforms and systems
- Replace outdated files in websites, CRMs, and archives
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and organized file structures
General Administrative Support
- Follow documented processes and SOPs
- Assist with repetitive but important operational tasks
- Communicate progress and timelines clearly with the team
- Help maintain smooth internal workflows and fast client turnaround times
Requirements
- Administrative or virtual assistant experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Must be proficient using Google Ads.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
- Reliable communication and responsiveness
- Ability to manage recurring tasks independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience with Google Ads platforms
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience using CRMs or project management systems
