The Opportunity
- Lead the development and execution of Poppy & Peonies’ affiliate marketing strategy, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators, affiliates and UGC partners who align with the brand and can drive meaningful revenue.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners and brand collaborators to ensure consistent collaboration and performance.
- Own and grow brand partnerships and collaborations, identifying opportunities to co-create campaigns, products, or moments that introduce Poppy & Peonies to new audiences.
- Develop and manage a UGC ecosystem, sourcing and nurturing creators who can produce high-performing, conversion-driven content at scale.
- Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to scale revenue through data-driven decisions.
- Develop campaigns and incentives that motivate creators to promote Poppy & Peonies products authentically and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnership campaigns that introduce Poppy & Peonies to new audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing and social teams to ensure affiliate content aligns with brand voice, campaign priorities, and product launches.
- Monitor emerging trends across TikTok, creator commerce, and affiliate platforms to continuously evolve our strategy.
- Build systems and processes to help the affiliate program scale efficiently as the company grows in the U.S. market.
What You Bring to the Table
- You have 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, brand partnerships or collaborations.
- You have direct experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
- You understand the TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce, including TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
- You have experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators or influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- You have strong relationship-building skills and enjoy connecting with creators and partners.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can build programs from the ground up.
- You are both strategic and hands-on — comfortable owning execution as well as planning long-term growth.
- Experience working with U.S.-based creators or affiliate networks is a strong asset.

We’re a fully remote team spread across North America, which means you can work from wherever you do your best thinking, problem-solving, and customer-obsessing. While this role is fully remote, there may be opportunities for domestic or international travel for team get-togethers, special events, and the occasional chance to connect in person.
