WHAT YOU WILL DO
ING
- Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for Saviynt’s AI-powered delivery automation capabilities across Expert Services.
- Design scalable, production-grade system architectures spanning LLM orchestration, intelligent data processing, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop governance patterns.
- Establish architectural standards for AI system quality: output validation, confidence-based routing, deterministic verification, and graceful degradation strategies.
- Architect integration patterns between AI automation systems and Saviynt’s core platform, ensuring generated outputs meet enterprise deployment standards.
- Lead the technical vision for emerging AI and identity governance use cases, including non-human identity management, AI agent governance, and behavioral analytics.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate AI/ML infrastructure — including LLM providers, embedding models, vector stores, and retrieval systems — based on cost, latency, and accuracy trade-
offs.
- Design state management, persistence, and observability layers for multi-stage AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Expert Services leadership to align the AI automation roadmap with Saviynt’s broader product and go-to-market strategy.
- Mentor and guide the AI development team on architectural best practices, code quality, and system design principles.
- Create and maintain architecture decision records (ADRs), system design documents, and technical reference architectures
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of software architecture or senior engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in LLM application architecture: prompt engineering, tool-use / function- calling patterns, agentic frameworks, and multi-model orchestration.
- Strong background in distributed systems design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred): compute, storage, serverless, secrets management, IAM, and container orchestration.
- Proven ability to design systems that balance AI flexibility with enterprise-grade reliability, auditability, and security requirements.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or enterprise security platforms.
- Track record of leading architectural decisions across cross-functional teams and influencing product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to present complex architectures to executive stakeholders and partners.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
