Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and scheduling social content using AI tools
- Adapt AI-generated content to match brand tone and platform requirements
- Maintain the social media content calendar and posting schedules
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement
- Track performance metrics and support reporting on engagement and growth
- Support the Social Media Manager with campaign execution and admin tasks
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting social media accounts or content production
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, ideation, or content adaptation
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Comfortable working with repetitive workflows and content schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using social media scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
- Interest in growing into a Social Media Manager role
