What You'll Do
The Associate Director, Marketing, International Endocrinology will report to the Director, Marketing, International and serve as a key partner in executing integrated strategic and tactical marketing plans across BridgeBio’s international portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for leading the execution of brand strategies, partnering with countries to ensure successful launches for priority assets, and ensuring operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to translate strategy into high-impact patient and customer centric initiatives. This includes omnichannel disease awareness and brand campaigns, driving company awareness, and developing and executing programs to address key barriers in the patient journey and diagnostic pathway (incl. genetic testing) in collaboration with external partners.
Responsibilities
Strategic initiatives development and execution
- Lead the execution of international marketing plans for priority assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timelines, and lead the rollout of above-market workstreams and initiatives across international markets, ensuring consistency, quality and strategic alignment across markets
- Translate scientific data into compelling branded and unbranded narratives
- Lead the development of international marketing campaigns and programs including disease awareness and promotional materials
- Lead the development and execution of programs to improve diagnostic pathways and shorten the patient journey (incl. genetic testing programs), including assessing and identifying potential partners, and driving compliant and efficient collaboration with external stakeholders
- Support disease awareness strategies in underdiagnosed or emerging disease areas and collaborate with Medical and Patient Advocacy teams to shape the treatment landscape
- Lead marketing efforts to establish BridgeBio as a key partner in international markets in alignment with corporate strategy
Market readiness and execution support
- Drive alignment with local teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns and programs
- Lead the deployment of diagnostic programs in close partnership with local cross-functional teams and external partners
- Track and manage execution of key launch and readiness milestones across markets, ensuring risks are identified early and mitigated
- Own the identification, capture and dissemination of best practices across international markets
- Establish and lead frameworks and forums for knowledge sharing across countries to promote consistency and continuous improvement
- Partner with local teams to scale high-impact initiatives and adapt them effectively across geographies
- Marketing lead for key congresses, driving execution of booth and marketing content, and support international congress planning and strategy
Customer and patient journey insights
- Support the collection and synthesis of customer and patient journey insights to inform tactical execution and optimization, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement through marketing programs and to improve diagnostic pathways and shorten the patient journey through programs or partnerships
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and ensure integration into ongoing tactical optimization and planning cycles
- Monitor performance of above-market initiatives and collect market feedback, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Operational excellence and marketing operations
- Define and continuously improve marketing processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance scalability, efficiency, and execution quality across international markets
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate with internal and external partners (agencies, vendors) to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within scope
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring clear visibility of deliverables and dependencies across stakeholders
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities are compliant with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies

Where You'll Work
- The role is based in Zug, Switzerland. The candidate should be based in Switzerland. No relocation is offered.
- Travel (15-20%) may be required to represent the company at medical conferences, presentations, and other meetings
Who You Are
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or life science
- 7+ years in biotech/pharma (rare disease experience required, a background in endocrinology would be an advantage) with progressive responsibility in marketing or commercial roles
- Demonstrated pre- and post-launch marketing experience across key international markets
- Strong track record of successfully building and executing impactful marketing programs and campaigns in both affiliate and international roles
- Experience in developing and driving initiatives to address diagnostic pathway challenges in rare disease, including genetic testing programs
Leadership and skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, agencies and external partners, with a track record of delivering results in ambiguous environments and fostering a culture of openness, accountability and innovation
- Skilled at developing compelling branded and unbranded narratives and strong customer engagement plans, including both personal and non-personal promotion
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Strong project and operations leadership capabilities, with experience building structure and driving execution across complex, matrixed environments
