Associate Director - Transformation (Financial Services)

The opportunity

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive transformation initiatives within our Financial Services Consulting practice.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with ideally a combination of consulting and business experience, with deep expertise in Business and Technology Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence and Target Operating Models.
• You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements for leading financial institutions. Experience within the banking and insurance sectors is necessary, as well as any functional expertise within those sectors.

Day to day you will

• Lead and deliver complex transformation programs across banking and insurance clients and drive sustainable solutions for these clients.
• Develop and pitch consulting solutions focused on client needs and supported by our expertise and business leading frameworks and methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on operational challenges.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, data-driven solutions.
