We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you love helping customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want a long-term career—this opportunity is for you.

What you’ll do:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
Provide service recommendations and estimates
Communicate updates throughout the repair process
Coordinate repairs with technicians
Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
Deliver an exceptional customer experience

**What we’re looking for: **

3+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role OR similar positions (dispatcher, logistics coordinator, service coordinator)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
