You will work closely with business stakeholders and partner with technical teams to make performance data reliable, actionable, and easy to use.
This role is a strong fit for someone with a BI/analytics background who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into details, and improving systems that do not yet fully exist.

- Create and improve scorecards, dashboards, and reporting views in Google Sheets and other available tools
- Work with large and complex datasets, validate calculations, identify inconsistencies, and troubleshoot data quality issues
- Translate business measurement needs into structured logic, reporting requirements, and scalable tracking solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand metrics, performance drivers, and reporting expectations
- Collaborate with stakeholders, BI, data, and technical teams on data sourcing, querying, and integration topics
- Continuously improve how KPIs are tracked, reported, and interpreted across the organization
- Use analytical thinking and sound judgment to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities in performance data
- Apply AI tools thoughtfully to improve workflows and outputs, while validating quality and minimizing risk
What you bring
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Senior-level experience in BI, analytics, performance reporting, or a similar data-focused function
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and structured reporting
- Solid SQL skills and experience querying databases such as BigQuery or other similar systems
- Experience building automated data workflows, scheduled reports, or scripted data pipelines (e.g., SQL-based pipelines in BigQuery, Google Apps Script, or similar tooling)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to spot issues, challenge assumptions, and go beyond surface-level insights
- Excellent attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy and quality
- Good understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and how performance should be measured across different functions
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and build processes from scratch
- Curiosity, learnability, and motivation to go deep into a complex topic over time
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand context, and refine measurement logic
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or fintech environments
- Experience using AI tools in analytical work and validating AI-supported outputs
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, or performance measurement best practices across different business functions
