Business Planner

Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)

• Quotations, Purchase Orders, Requisitions of services, maintenance from the facilities.
• Negotiate with suppliers, get quotations, ensure payments by following up in requisitions.
• Manager's travel and expenses reports.
• Administration of the ME employee's over time.
• Support on HR activities ( events, trainings, buying souvenirs)
• Shopping of diverse materials ( consumables, office supplies, etc)

Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)

Bachelor Degree on Administration, Engineering etc.
