- First 60 Days: Successfully supporting and executing active creator campaigns
- First 90 days: Building confidence in budget management, creator outreach, and performance analysis
- Contributing recommendations to improve campaign outcomes through data-driven insights
What is the team like?
- You will work with the other Community Managers and be supervised by the Head of Creators. You will also be mentored by the team and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
