Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video and social content for social platforms
- Ideate and execute content aligned with brand voice and social trends
- Film, edit, and publish content in a consistent and timely manner
- Adapt creative concepts for different platforms and formats
- Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content themes and campaigns
- Monitor engagement and iterate on content ideas based on performance
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience creating social media and video content for brands or businesses
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of social media trends
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- Comfortable managing content creation independently from concept to publish
- Strong attention to detail and brand alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfort appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent
- Experience creating UGC-style or creator-led content
- Familiarity with social analytics and engagement metrics

- Design: Canva
