Join our Perth office in a full-time permanent role and deliver outstanding customer service every day. In other companies this role may be referred to as a Parts Interpreter position, internally at APG it is referred to as the Customer Service Representative.

Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.

Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience.
•
Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
•
Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
•
Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
•
Energetic Team player.
•
Passionate about customers and service.
•
Experienced in customer service, with strong relationship-building skills is highly desirable.
•
A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
•
Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator.
•
Prior experience with Parts check and(or) Repair Connection systems desirable
