About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer callbacks as needed
- Enter customer information and updates accurately into internal systems
- Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
- Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
- Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Clear, professional speaking ability with excellent phone etiquette
- Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult conversations
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an ERP system or similar customer management software
- Experience in industries related to:

- Luxury products
- Similar product-based environments
- Experience in call-center or high-volume phone support environments
