In this role, you’ll
- Develop a solid understanding of the relationships between the behaviour of our customers and our growth drivers through data analysis and modelling.
- Create and maintain self-service dashboards for stakeholders across business, using PowerBI.
- Utilize analytical tools (SQL, Python, Google Sheets) to prepare and analyze data, supporting key decision-making processes.
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis to address stakeholder questions and effectively communicating your findings.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation.
- Collaborate with business users to determine KPIs and critical metrics to monitor for new business lines.
- Build forecast models to support business development.
- Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Your skills & experience
- 2+ years of experience working on business problems in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on experience building effective, easy-to-navigate dashboards, ideally with PowerBI (or other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Grafana).
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis with an understanding of how these insights can drive business impact.
- Problem solving and being a team player.
- Pragmatic and impact-focused - you will choose Excel over Python if it is a better solution for the problem and vice-versa.
- Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses about business performance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
Tech Stack
- Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BQ) for storage and warehousing;
- dbt and SQL for data modelling;
- Python for automation;
- PowerBI for data visualisation;
- Airflow for orchestration;
- Any tool you like for ad-hoc analysis.
