Hi, I’m Nakisa, Director of Engineering at Jane. I’ve been at Jane for just under three years, and I currently lead our Billing and Clinical Engineering group. Before Jane, I led engineering teams at Brex, Atlassian, and CA Technologies, and across all of those experiences one thing has stayed constant - I care deeply about building cohesive, high performing teams that solve meaningful problems for customers.
At Jane, our Clinical teams build and evolve the tools practitioners rely on every day to care for their patients. This role will lead the teams currently responsible for Clinical Forms and integrating with e-prescription partner. This is a highly visible and strategic space for Jane, with real impact on how clinics deliver care across the US and Canada.
You’ll lead a team of experienced engineers and partner closely in a triad with Product and Design. Together, you’ll shape how we invest in medication workflows, patient intake forms, and the broader clinical experience. There is both mature product to support and evolve, and new discovery work to lead through ambiguity.
