Primary Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:• Develops, runs tests, and maintains current computer programs that provide instructions computers must follow to perform their function. • Updates, repairs, modifies, and expands existing computer programs. • Support non-complex degree of structured analysis, impact and compatibility analysis, cost analysis, computer capability analysis, feasibility studies, and user/customer interface. • Supports complex degrees of structured analysis, impact and compatibility analysis, cost analysis, computer capability analysis, feasibility studies, and user/customer interface. • Develops requirements and ensures development methodologies are aligned to organizational requirements (e.g., Agile). • Defines the processes, procedures and tools used to manage develop efforts. May manage small teams and DevSecOps environment. • Experience with the planning and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks, each with strict deadlines. • Ability to perform complex technical tasks. • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services supported and provided in the PWS. • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services for the areas of work contemplated in PWS. • Experience with agile development/scrum to understand how enhancements, defects, or other requests impacts the architecture of the application. • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
