The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following
- Continuously improve the digital user experience of our web properties, delivering “the right content at the right time on the right device,” by staying on top of web development trends and technologies, evaluating competitors' websites, supporting organizational goals and objectives to improve to increased visitor engagement, brand loyalty, relevant communications and overall customer satisfaction.
- Execute, deliver, manage and optimize digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and email marketing platforms. Ensure the technical aspects of digital channels, including website performance, tracking codes, and integrations, are functioning correctly.
- Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Security teams and partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital channels, including emergencies outside of normal business hours.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT and external partners, to ensure the seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to drive digital initiatives and execute web-based changes to support business campaign goals efficiently and effectively.
- Strive for smooth operational execution, monitoring, security compliance, software maintenance and performance optimization of websites, driving towards a best-in-class digital user experience.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, for data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports to track KPIs, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Advise on business performance reporting, content development, and the overall user experience change based on analytics data across web properties.
The following is required for this role
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, master’s in business administration or computer applications, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on technology.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, coding, and software development as they relate to digital marketing. Technologies: Sitecore, Cloudfare, Google Analytics, OneTrust.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights effectively.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
The following is preferred for this role
- Knowledge of Chemours' business processes or the chemical industry.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or IT are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as web technologies and analytics.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
