Key Responsibilities
- Produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Own the end-to-end production process including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
- Translate marketing campaigns and messaging into engaging video content
- Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content planning and launches
- Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and trends
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience producing short-form video content for digital marketing or social media
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills tailored to social platforms
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple content deliverables independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating performance-driven or campaign-based video content
- Familiarity with basic motion graphics, captions, or animated text
- Experience working with digital-first or growth-focused brands

- Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- Social & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or native tools
- Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
