Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Repurposing
- Repurpose existing educational content, books, courses, webinars, and presentations into engaging digital content
- Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit and produce longer-form educational content for YouTube and other channels
- Develop content that builds trust, authority, and engagement within the healthcare space
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Grow brand awareness and audience engagement
- Develop strategies to generate qualified patient leads
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Research audience trends and optimize content accordingly
Community Building & Outreach
- Support professional outreach initiatives
- Assist with webinar promotion and educational campaigns
- Help establish the practice as a recognized thought leader within its specialty
- Engage with relevant online communities and industry conversations
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media marketing
- Strong video editing skills for both short-form and long-form content
- Understanding of platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and content production
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing within healthcare, wellness, dental, or medical industries
- Experience managing personal brands, educational brands, or thought-leadership content
- Knowledge of webinar marketing and audience-building strategies
- Familiarity with Reddit, LinkedIn, and community-based marketing
- HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain certification
