We’re seeking a part-time Digital Patient Engagement Coordinator to manage incoming inquiries—primarily via SMS—and provide light phone consultation support as needed. This is not a traditional call-center position; instead, you’ll leverage technology to build trust with prospective clients by asking thoughtful questions, understanding their health and wellness needs, and guiding them to the next step in their journey.
You’ll work in a flexible, on-call capacity throughout the day, quickly responding to leads as they come in. During slower periods, you won’t have active tasks but must remain available to engage new inquiries.
