The Role
As a Senior member of the PPC team, you will bridge the gap between brand awareness and performance marketing. You understand that upper-funnel campaigns require a different DNA than traditional search ads—focusing on reach, resonance, and long-term intent rather than immediate clicks.
Your Day-to-Day
- Strategic Execution: Take full ownership of large-scale YouTube campaigns, expertly navigating Video Reach (VRC) and Video View (VVC) formats to maximize brand impact.
- Measurement & Insights: Go beyond standard metrics such as Impressions. You will design and analyze Brand Lift Surveys, Conversion Lift Studies, and Search Lift metrics to prove the true value of our reach initiatives.
- Creative Strategy: Act as the bridge between data and content. You’ll collaborate with creative teams to develop funnel-specific assets—from high-energy "Awareness" content to intent-shifting "Consideration" pieces.
- Market Expansion: Manage and optimize performance across diverse global markets, identifying where to scale and where to pivot based on brand health data.
- Future Growth: Lead the roadmap for Hostinger’s expansion into other video-first and social platforms (TikTok, Meta, etc.), ensuring a cohesive brand voice across the entire digital ecosystem.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on Seniority: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget, complex accounts. You are comfortable navigating the nuances of global campaign management.
- YouTube Specialist: You are a pro with the Google Ads video ecosystem, with deep knowledge of VRC, VVC, and premium placements (including Shorts and niche-targeted content).
- Full-Funnel Thinker: You understand the interplay between Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion. You know how an upper-funnel impression today influences a conversion tomorrow.
- Measurement Expert: You are fluent in "Lift" metrics. You can interpret Brand Lift Study results and turn them into actionable optimization strategies for the next quarter.
- Creative Intuition: You have a sharp eye for what works. You can guide creative teams on "vibe," pacing, and messaging that resonates with specific audiences and niches.
- Scalability: You have a proven track record of managing significant budgets efficiently while maintaining brand integrity across multiple languages and regions.
