Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Electronics and RF Test Team
- Interpret the team OKRs and delegate tasks in order to achieve the domain goals
- Lead and contribute to trade studies, design reviews, and verification and qualification documentation
- Ensure smooth and timely product delivery from concept through qualification
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members, helping them grow in their careers and take on new challenges.
- Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across internal and external teams
- Report progress, risks, and key metrics clearly to upper management and program stakeholders.
What we’re looking forMust haves
- Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications engineering (or related field)
- Experience working with Electronics & Lab Instruments
- Hands on experience in complex machines assembly and testing
- Proven track record in team leadership or technical lead roles
- Experience with R&D projects.
- Hands on experience in complex machines assembly and testing
- You have a demonstrated track record of transitioning products from engineering prototype to serial manufacturing.
Nice to haves
- Aerospace industry experience
- Strong understanding of space product qualification processes, including subsystems and complete satellites.
- Experience with PLM or PDM systems for configuration control
