About the Role
Perk is at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation. Following our acquisition of the spend management platform Yokoy, we are creating a seamless, all-in-one solution for business travel and expenses. We are looking for an experienced, German-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to be a strategic partner to our most valued clients in the DACH region.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of our largest accounts, ensuring their success while driving growth and adoption of our expanding product suite. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, taking a proactive, hands-on approach to build deep relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
What You'll Do
- Own and nurture a portfolio of enterprise accounts, establishing yourself as the primary strategic contact and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Become a trusted advisor by gaining a deep understanding of your clients' business objectives, challenges, and travel programs.
- Drive revenue growth by systematically identifying and pursuing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Deliver strategic business reviews to senior stakeholders, leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights and demonstrate the value of Perk.
- Master the entire Perk product suite, including the newly acquired Yokoy spend management solution, to effectively consult with clients on best practices.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth product rollouts.
- Proactively identify and solve complex challenges for your clients, developing scalable solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar strategic client-facing role, preferably within SaaS, Travel Tech or Fin Tech.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding retention and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of high-value accounts.
