The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely for a US-based company, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI.
What You'll Do
- Generate new leads through cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings
- Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience as a BDR or a similar outbound sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)
- Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand companies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.)
- Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA
- Ability and willingness to work ET hours
