ClickUp is hiring an Enterprise Partner Manager to help build and scale our North America partner motion, with a primary focus on the East Coast region. This role sits at the center of how we expand through partners: recruiting the right firms, enabling them to sell and deliver ClickUp well, and turning partner relationships into a meaningful source of revenue and customer impact.
This is a strong fit for someone who knows how to build, not just maintain. You’ll work across partner recruitment, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline creation, while partnering closely with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and other GTM teams. If you’re energized by creating structure, coaching partners to first win and beyond, and shaping how a high-growth SaaS company scales its ecosystem, this role offers real ownership and visible impact.
Build a high-performing partner portfolio across North America (East Coast) that helps ClickUp win more customers, expand partner-led revenue, and create repeatable service and go-to-market motions around the platform.
Please note, this role does require travel and in-office work days in one of our three hubs (Chicago, Dallas, or Boston) 3x per week. Client visits or traveling on site to partners will count as an "in office" day.
In this role, success looks like building a sharper, more productive partner portfolio—not just adding logos. A strong hire will bring structure to partner selection, help priority partners build repeatable service and sales motions around ClickUp, and turn those efforts into more consistent sourced and influenced revenue. They’ll also strengthen day-to-day collaboration between the partner team and the field, making partners a practical growth lever for the business.
