Your day-to-day
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including our high-scale summer and winter fests, town hall meetings, internal conferences, and other initiatives to foster employee engagement, connection, and belonging while aligning with Hostinger's culture and business goals.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, budgeting, communication, execution and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders across the company, helping bring their event ideas to life and owning the planning and execution behind them.
- Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and continuously improve future experiences based on insights and feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas, formats, and concepts to elevate our event experiences.
Your skills and experience
- You have a passion for creating meaningful experiences and executing impactful events.
- You have 3+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful events.
- You know how to translate business and culture objectives into meaningful experiences that create lasting impact.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing several complex projects simultaneously.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans when needed.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- You are proactive and can anticipate challenges, finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
- You have a strong creative mindset and enjoy developing new concepts, experiences, and engagement ideas from scratch.
- You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.
