As Event Manager, you will be fully accountable for planning, executing, and optimizing Jobber’s high-volume, revenue-driving events. Your portfolio will include: tradeshows, partnership-led events, Brand Partnerships (BP) events, and more. This is a high-volume events role.
You’ll act as the primary driver for these programs—owning strategy, execution, and results—while managing multiple events in parallel and operating at speed.
This role is ideal for an event manager who is comfortable with scale, repetition, and continuous optimization, and who understands how events support pipeline creation, partner success, and sales performance.

Location:We believe great collaboration is intentional, and sometimes that means coming together in person to build, brainstorm, and connect. To support this, the role is open to candidates based in one of our hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $98,300 a midpoint of $115,700, and a maximum salary of $133,100 designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
