Business acquisitions - Onboard acquired companies to US GAAP revenue recognition

Implement and maintain the Company’s revenue recognition policies identifying operational expedients where possible

Manage 1 direct report with opportunity to grow team through acquisition of additional businesses

Maintain data integrity of revenue and billings for yearly financial statement audit

Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue schedules for our accounting close process, including SoX controls

4-5+ years of accounting experience
•

1-3 years of public accounting experience with strong revenue recognition acumen
•
Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes
•
Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
•
Excellent attention to detail, writing and communication skills
•
Strong interest in learning and developing additional skills and expertise in multiple areas of operational and technical accounting
•
Mix of public and private experience related to mergers and acquisitions
•
Experience with mid-size ERP software
•
Experience with SAAS and technology services
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions. This role is a Denver based hybrid role, which will be in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week in our office in the RINO area to collaborate with other revenue accounting teammates. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations within the United States.
