Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy for EverHealth portfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.

Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs.
•
Develop and refine inbound marketing programs to attract and engage prospects, including creation of high-value content and experiences that resonate with our target audiences.

Own outbound campaign calendar including audience targeting, data strategy, messaging, and coordination with sales and revenue operations teams.
•
Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
•
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure strategic alignment to EverHealth ICPs, buying personas and messaging frameworks across all campaign channels.
•
Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.
•
Measure and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed, remaining within allocated marketing budget.
•
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and forecast new acquisition and expansion opportunities.
•
Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.
•
Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing strategies, tools, and workflows to enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and digital visibility.
•
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure EverHealth remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
•
10+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
•
Proven success in driving growth, revenue and retention
•
Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization.
•
Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
•
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
