What You'll Do
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for EMEA, with a particular emphasis on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
- Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to sales leaders and senior management, including monthly business reviews, sales pipeline analysis, and ad hoc reporting as required.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret sales KPIs, variance analyses, and profitability reports to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimisation.
- Strategic Insight: Provide actionable recommendations to sales management based on quantitative and qualitative analyses, supporting commercial negotiations and new business development.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supporting sales objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and sales strategies across the business.
- Monitor and evaluate financial information systems relating to the remit of the role and suggest improvements where needed

- Commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced European, multi-site, multi-country environment
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrable expertise in sales finance, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software; experience with ERP and BI tools.
