Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning; collaboration and integration with our facilities teams to include analysts, project & property administrators, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
•
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
•
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
•
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
•
Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
•
Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
•
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”

3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
•
3+ years of experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders
•
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•
Bachelor's degree
•
3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
•
3+ years of experience with real estate project management
•
3+ years of experience in occupancy and space planning
•
3+ years of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs
•
Experience with planning project budgets and monitoring financial performance
