Qualifications

Required

Active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state as one of the following

LPC

LCSW

LMFT

PsyD or PhD

LSW

LMSW

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents

Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection

Availability for a minimum of 8 hours per week during core service hours

Monday–Friday after 3:00 PM ET

Weekends between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience

Compensation

$70–$100 per hour, depending on licensure, experience, and market.

Potential for Ongoing Employment

Providers participating in the Fall and Winter Core Hours Program may be considered for ongoing part-time, full-time, or 1099 opportunities with Blackbird Health following the summer program. Consideration will be based on performance, scheduling availability, organizational needs, and business demand.
