In this role, you’ll
- Create visually appealing content (images for web, social media posts, blog articles, email and ad campaigns etc.) that aligns with the marketing strategy.
- Ensure that all visual elements, such as logos, color schemes, and typography, remain consistent across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Design various print materials like brochures, flyers, posters, booth prints, merch and business cards.
- Ensure the final output to meet quality standards is a crucial responsibility. This includes checking for errors, consistency, and compliance with design guidelines.
Your skills & experiences
- A strong foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition is essential.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Adaptability and capability to work on a variety of projects, from creating social media graphics to designing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Creative and artistic mindset to develop visually appealing and innovative designs that stand out in the market.
- Precision and attention to detail to ensure that designs are error-free, pixel-perfect, and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Effective communication to collaborate with team members, understanding project requirements, and presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
- Experience with AI Tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Gemini.
- Knowledge in After Effects is a plus.
- Experience working at SaaS or B2B companies is a plus.
