You will own the performance creative system that drives user growth across both in-product and out-of-product channels. This role turns business opportunities, product understanding, user insight, and data into scalable, AI-powered creative systems across paid media (social & search), lifecycle channels (email, push), in-product surfaces, and creator/influencer collaborations.
You will lead the full creative growth loop, hypothesis - brief - execution - measurement - learning - iteration - while partnering with Product and Engineering to define and build the underlying systems (e.g. dynamic content generation, automated asset production, experimentation and optimization tooling) that enable speed, personalization, and scale. You’ll work closely with Brand to stay aligned on narrative and positioning, and with internal teams, agencies, and creators to scale what works without sacrificing quality or velocity.
Compensation Range: $239K - $265K USD
