What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and optimize email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level
- Manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) and maintain a 30-day content calendar
- Design graphics and edit short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Automate workflows in Zapier to connect tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others
- Analyze campaign results using Excel or Google Sheets and present actionable insights
- Collaborate with South American sales teams and document repeatable processes
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Proven success managing multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social)
- Strong familiarity with Zapier (or Make) automation
- Portfolio with at least two examples of design or video work
- Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
Bonus Points
- Agency experience managing multiple brands
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Background in recruiting or sourcing
- Basic HTML/CSS for tweaking email templates
