About the Role
Avive is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for the Northeast territory. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, this person will be responsible for executing digital demand generation, association relationships, and territory-level activation strategies. This role requires driving pipeline through local, in-person activation, amplified by a strong multi-channel digital approach. You’ll own full-funnel growth campaigns that generate qualified leads across channels, while also working closely with Sales to activate local territories, key customer segments within territories, support AEs in the field by building brand awareness in their territories, and generally build market-specific momentum.
This is a highly collaborative and versatile role—ideal for someone who can develop scalable campaign strategies and get in the trenches with Account Executives to drive localized pipeline growth. You’ll help build the marketing playbook for how Avive enters and scales within key territories.

What You'll Do
- Including, but not limited to:
Local Market Activation & AE Enablement
- Design and execute territory-specific marketing plans to support AEs and accelerate pipeline growth in active markets.
- Build and deploy regional playbooks that include: Local media outreach, Community events and activations (e.g., CPR training, product demos), & Co-branded campaigns with customers or civic partners
- Referral and advocacy programs tailored by market
- Collaborate with Sales to identify high-opportunity local segments and deliver tailored marketing support.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Develop and execute Avive’s multi-channel demand generation strategy (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, webinars, etc.).
- Create performance-driven campaigns to generate leads across core segments (public safety, schools, corporate campuses, municipalities, etc.).
- Own full-funnel conversion strategy—from ad creative to landing pages to lead nurture workflows.
- Partner with Product Marketing to turn messaging into compelling, conversion-oriented content.
Press, Associations/Partnerships & Community Marketing
- Drive local visibility through community storytelling and earned media; pitch to regional press and coordinate local coverage with PR partners.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to amplify customer wins, AED saves, and high-impact deployments.
- Manage the marketing strategy for territory-based sponsorships, associations, local events, and outreach campaigns.
Analytics & Iteration
- Measure and report on campaign performance and territory pipeline impact using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Track and improve key growth KPIs (lead quality, CAC, ROAS, MQL, pipeline contribution).
- Implement testing and learning processes for continuous improvement of both national and localized campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing—ideally in health-tech, public safety, SaaS, or connected device industries.
- Proven track record in designing and executing high-performing, multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Experience supporting Sales with localized marketing tactics, event activation, and community-driven initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you thrive working with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
- Analytical and metrics-driven with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Passion for mission-driven work and community impact.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with connected tech-driven products or connected healthcare solutions.
- Proficiency in designing for responsive websites, social media content, and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and wireframing.
