Your day-to-day

- Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across key channels (SEO, content, YouTube, etc.) based on strategic priorities
- Support identification and validation of high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation
- Collaborate with Organic Marketing teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates
- Run and manage growth experiments end-to-end (setup, execution, analysis, reporting)
- Analyze performance using tools like Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Research competitors and market trends to support discovery of new growth opportunities and tactics
- Contribute to building and implementing scalable systems and processes for repeatable organic growth
- Document and report on performance, learnings, and next steps, ensuring insights are clear and actionable
Your skills and experience
•
- 3+ years of experience in organic growth/SEO/growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
- Ability to work end-to-end independently with high ownership
- Strong collaboration skills across teams (content, product, dev)
