Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with hotel and resort bookings through approved online platforms

Provide lodging recommendations based on destination, travel dates, and budget

Accurately input reservation details and confirm all booking components

Handle changes, cancellations, and special client requests with professionalism

Qualifications
