仕事内容｜What You Will Do

• 日本市場におけるKOL／インフルエンサー戦略の立案・実行（YouTube・X・Instagram・TikTok中心） KOL/Influencer Strategy: Plan and execute KOL/influencer strategies for the Japanese market (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok).
• ブランド認知〜CVまでを一貫して設計（単発施策ではなくフルファネル） Full-Funnel Design: Manage everything from brand awareness to conversion — continuous strategy, not one-off campaigns.
• インフルエンサーのリクルーティング／関係構築／長期パートナーシップ化 Relationship Management: Recruit influencers and build long-term partnerships.
• タレント／クリエイター／代理店との交渉および契約管理 Negotiation & Contracts: Manage negotiations and contracts with talent, creators, and agencies.
• コンテンツ企画（レビュー、ビジネス活用事例など）と品質ディレクション Content Planning: Direct content quality and planning (reviews, business use cases, etc.).

応募資格・経験｜Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• インフルエンサーマーケティング実務経験（3年以上） 3+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience.
• 日本市場における主要SNS／プラットフォームへの深い理解 Deep understanding of major SNS platforms in the Japanese market.
• KPI設計およびデータドリブンでの改善経験 Proven experience in KPI design and data-based optimization.
• 社外パートナー（KOL／事務所）との交渉・ディレクション経験 Experience negotiating with and directing external partners and KOL agencies.
• AIツール（例：ChatGPT等）を活用した業務効率化・コンテンツ企画・分析の実務経験 Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for efficiency, content planning, and analysis.
