What you'll do
Own and scale a top Revenue Driving Acquisition Channel
- Own the Influencer Partnerships and Paid Creator channel as a key revenue driver in the EU, with a strong focus on DACH as the primary market.
- Define and execute a performance-driven growth strategy to scale creator partnerships while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget with full ownership of CPM, ROAS, and incremental revenue targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to scale the channel through new platforms, creator formats, and partnership models.
- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with high-performing agencies, talent networks, and media partners, always anchored in performance data.
Lead Growth Experiments and Optimization
- Design and run structured growth experiments to improve conversion, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize creator campaigns based on performance insights, attribution data, and funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with analytics and performance marketing teams to improve measurement frameworks and attribution models.
Identify and scale the creator formats and paid partnership structures that deliver the strongest ROAS.
Lead and Develop a high-performing team
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for executing influencer partnerships across DACH and other EU regions.
- Build clear processes, performance frameworks, and operational excellence within the team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
Work cross-functionally to drive impact
- Partner closely with the Ecommerce country teams to align acquisition strategies.
- Work with Tech, Brand, Creative, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure campaigns are scalable and compliant.
- Align with global teams to contribute to best practices and continuously improve Emma’s creator marketing strategy.
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Affiliate Marketing or similar roles, with meaningful hands-on experience running influencer or creator partnerships as a paid acquisition channel.
- A strong analytical mindset. You're fluent in attribution models, incrementality testing, and performance data, and you optimize towards CPA, CAC, and ROAS, not vanity metrics.
- Proven budget ownership with measurable revenue impact. You've managed significant marketing spend and can show what it drove.
- Strong stakeholder management. You can align cross-functional teams and communicate clearly from team level to senior leadership.
- Experience leading and developing a team, with a track record of building performance-driven cultures.
- Fluent English and another European language (German at B2 level or higher preferred).
