What You Will Do
- Develop net new business and cross-sell opportunities
- Build out a strategic market penetration plan, prospect, and manage the full sales cycle
- Proactively contact prospects to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Prospect and generate high quality leads across APAC
- Develop custom proposals based on customer requirements
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate terms and close business
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota

- Build a qualified pipeline of net new opportunities across your target segments
- Develop and execute a structured outbound prospecting strategy
- Take ownership of inbound SMB leads, allowing enterprise reps to focus on higher-value deals
- Close your first deals and demonstrate early quota attainment
- Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across product, marketing and customer success

Our Ideal Candidate Has
- 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of generating net new business and pipeline
- Demonstrated track record of quota over-achievement
- A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable creating value in a low-structure environment
- A baseline understanding of digital assets and the crypto economy
- Proven ability to apply AI tools such as Claude, in day-to-day sales activities (e.g. prospect research, personalised outreach, call prep)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Bonus Points For
- Intimate understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics, either in crypto or traditional financial environments
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to crypto-native financial services businesses
- Fluency in other APAC specific languages, e.g. Bahasa, Malay etc
