仕事内容｜What You Will Do

• 日本市場向けに、オンライン・オフライン両チャネルにわたるIMC（統合マーケティング）キャンペーンを主導・実行する Lead and execute IMC campaigns across online and offline channels for the Japan market.
• ブランド認知、比較検討、コンバージョン、顧客リテンションを促進するフルファネルのマーケティング戦略を構築する Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention.
• PR、ソーシャルメディア、インフルエンサー／KOLマーケティング、ペイドメディア、CRM、リテール、Eコマースを含む部門横断的なマーケティング施策を統括する Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives including PR, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, paid media, CRM, retail, and e-commerce.
• クリエイティブ／デザインチームと緊密に連携し、デジタル広告、ランディングページ、Amazon、リテール、ソーシャルプラットフォーム向けに成果の高いローカライズアセットを制作する Work closely with creative/design teams to produce high-performing localized assets for digital ads, landing pages, Amazon, retail, and social platforms.
• キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを分析し、トラフィック、エンゲージメント、CVR、ROAS、CAC、オーガニックグロースなどのKPIに基づいて最適化する Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and organic growth.

応募資格・経験｜Minimum Qualifications

• IMC、ブランドマーケティング、デジタルマーケティング、またはグロースマーケティングにおける5〜7年以上の経験 5–7+ years of experience in IMC, brand marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• 日本の消費者市場および国内メディアエコシステムに対する深い理解 Strong understanding of the Japanese consumer market and local media ecosystem.
• 統合キャンペーンを通じて測定可能なビジネス成果を生み出した実績 Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through integrated campaigns.
• 優れたプロジェクトマネジメント力およびコミュニケーション力 Strong project management and communication skills.
• データドリブンな思考と高い分析力 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
