Your day-to-day
- Build automations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain internal workflows, integrations, and productivity solutions.
- Work on AI-powered workflows and internal tooling where they create practical business value.
- Support implementation and migration of new tools and technologies.
- Partner with teams across Hostinger to understand needs, prioritize requests, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies and help drive adoption across the organization.
- Manage system configurations, permissions, integrations, and platform health.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and identify opportunities for long-term improvements.
- Administer and maintain internal business systems and SaaS platforms.
- Continuously look for ways to simplify processes and improve employee experience.
Your skills and experience
- Understanding of how systems connect and experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI agents and hands-on experience applying them to real-world workflows.
- A track record of simplifying processes, reducing manual work, and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience implementing new tools, leading migrations, and improving existing systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and a habit of looking for root causes, not just quick fixes.
- Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to balance multiple stakeholders, requests, and initiatives.
- Clear communication and confidence working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ownership mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently from idea to implementation.
- Hands-on experience managing business-critical SaaS platforms and internal systems.
- Genuine curiosity about new technologies, automation, and AI, combined with good judgment about where they create real value.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Experience building internal tools or using scripting to solve operational challenges.
- Familiarity with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence administration.
- Understanding of Agile, ITSM, or operational excellence practices.
