Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Purchasing & Warehouse Management
- Monitor stock levels for F&B (bar and restaurant), housekeeping supplies, and guest amenities
- Manage delivery schedules and verify incoming goods
- Perform monthly inventory counts and prepare variance reports
Finance Office Support
- Process purchase invoices and import sales invoices
Treasury Operations
- Daily counting of hotel and F&B revenues (cash, electronic payments, reconciliations)
- Review open items and prepare cash flow reports
- Daily review of cash inflows and payments
- Daily verification of F&B charges
Core Competencies
- Previous experience in hospitality accounting preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with purchasing and ERP systems; knowledge of Italian VAT regulations
- Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification
- English written and spoken
