Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on complex talent, organization design, and culture matters.
- Lead program delivery for people strategy, performance management, engagement, and promotion cycles.
- Diagnose team and leadership effectiveness; propose and drive targeted interventions.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policy.
- Track and analyze people data for trends, reporting insights to guide business decisions.
- Deliver manager coaching, leadership enablement, and support on difficult ER, development, and performance conversations.
- Partner on organizational change management and team health planning, including onboarding and integration.
- Develop and socialize frameworks for talent succession, mobility, and advancement.
- Escalate sensitive or high-risk issues; act as a trusted escalation point for client group leaders.
- Utilize survey analysis and AI-enabled HR platforms to inform decision making and optimize processes.
- Model and promote a positive, inclusive culture through exceptional communication, collaboration, and empathy.
- Foster accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement by sharing knowledge across teams.
- Represent the People Partner function in cross-functional and executive forums.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant HRBP, HR, or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.
- Track record of coaching managers, managing complex employee relations, and driving people analytics.
- Experience designing and implementing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.
