About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Managing Director to serve as the global head of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) consulting practice. You will set strategic direction, delivering complex enterprise engagements, and building a world-class global team. You have PAM technical authority with the experience to grow a global practice.
This is a remote position based in the United States, with leadership accountability spanning delivery teams across the US, Canada, India, and the United Kingdom. You will report to the Vice President of Identity Services.
What You'll Do
- Build the global PAM practice vision, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee the P&L for the PAM practice, driving revenue growth, utilization targets, and margin performance.
- Establish methodologies, delivery frameworks, and quality standards across all PAM engagements.
- Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and in client-facing executive conversations.
- Lead the full talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Foster an inclusive culture that spans time zones and diverse working styles.
- Provide executive oversight and quality assurance across large-enterprise PAM implementations, migrations, and managed service engagements.
- Guide solution architecture decisions for multi PAM environments (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and others).
- Be the ultimate technical escalation point for delivery challenges, client issues, and risk management.
- Improve delivery methodologies, tooling, and automation practices.
- Partner with sales leadership throughout the full sales cycle — from presales scoping and solution design through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop executive-level client relationships to lead account expansion and renewals.
- Contribute to pipeline development through experience, account planning, and partner relationships (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
- Collaborate with marketing on content, case studies, and industry positioning that differentiates the practice.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in identity security and privileged access management, with a track record delivering large-enterprise, complex PAM programs.
- 10+ years of experience with implementation and architecture expertise with CyberArk, including EPM, PAM Self-Hosted, and Privilege Cloud. Additionally, I am familiar with BeyondTrust's Password Safe and Endpoint Privilege Management. Familiarity with Delinea, Sailpoint, or other PAM/IGA solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading PAM migrations, platform consolidations, and greenfield deployments at enterprise scale.
- Experience with adjacent domains: identity governance, zero trust architecture, cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint security.
- Experience developing and operationalizing PAM programs across hybrid, cloud, and OT/ICS environments.
- 5+ years leading consulting or professional services teams, including direct management of globally distributed staff (20+ team members across multiple regions and time zones).
- Retain top-tier consulting talent in a competitive market.
- Experience managing practice P&L, forecasting, and resource planning in a consulting or managed services context.
- Experience working with C-suite and CISO partners.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams through complex, multi-partner sales cycles.
- Expertise growing a book of business through client relationship development and expansion.
- Industry certifications such as CyberArk Defender/Sentry, BeyondTrust Certified Professional, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Consulting firm background (Big 4, boutique security consultancy, or systems integrator).
