Marketing & Proposal Specialist (1-year contract)

This position is a 1-year contract with the opportunity to expand into a permanent position

How you'll make a difference

• Conduct opportunity searches and support tracking in CRM platform
• Work with small and large teams, including internal partners and external sub-consultants, to lead pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals, while maintaining a high standard and driving accountability.
• Write engaging non-technical portions of the proposal and ensure writing communicates the DIALOG Why. Engage with project team members to ensure content is cohesive and highlights our unique value propositions.
• Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual layout and written narrative.
• Create, and update marketing content, project descriptions, resumes, photography
• Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, award submissions)

Qualifications and experience

• University degree or equivalent diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience in proposal writing, or other written editorial disciplines.
• Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
